HG34 Housing Gökegård

Park Housing is a residential project thoughtfully integrated adjacent to a nature reserve on the fringe of Gothenburg. It is designed to offer generous communal areas, social sustainability and a unique living experience that harmonizes with the surrounding environment. 

The project features two sculptural building volumes that stand prominently like outposts against the natural backdrop. These structures are strategically positioned to take full advantage of the site's unique characteristics, allowing for optimal views and interaction with the surrounding forest.

Every apartment extends over corners, a design feature that allows for an abundance of natural light to flood the interiors from multiple directions. This arrangement not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of each living space but also creates a bright and airy atmosphere that is deeply connected to the outdoors.

The project provides an opportunity for residents to live in harmony with nature while enjoying the comforts of modern living.
